Allan Massie was honored CBE last year. He is the author of more than twenty novels. He read History at Cambridge and, as a political and literary journalist, is a regular contributor for the Telegraph, Scotsman and Spectator. This month we are publishing Cold Winter in Bordeaux, the third instalment in Allan’s critically-acclaimed crime series which continues the story of dogged detection in a world seemingly gone mad.
