Stéphane Hessel, author of Time for Outrage! has sadly died, aged ninety-five

Stéphane Hessel, author of Time for Outrage! has sadly died at the age of ninety-five. He was an extraordinary man, writer and diplomat. Widely admired as a rights activist, Hessel participated in editing the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. Our thoughts are with his wife and family.
